Chariot Labs is focused on using automation, AI, and data to streamline internal operations and workflows, making every team at Chariot (compliance, GTM, customer support, etc.) more efficient and effective.

Labs is how Chariot can scale from tens of thousands of nonprofits to hundreds of thousands without hiring a small army to match.

Anything that turns manual ops work into infrastructure runs through Labs. We already have a few members here fully focused on optimizing the heck out of everything Chariot from automations, to data, to new tools.

An example of what we've shipped: Contact Sourcing Agent. Nonprofit contact sourcing for our ops team used to be very manual, taking 10-15 minutes per organization. After Chariot Labs worked with the team to build a tool here. Now, an agent triages it and starts the V1 of the review. Our team has saved over 600 hrs with this Chariot Labs build.

We're growing 13X YoY in terms of the number of nonprofits. As our output compounds, Chariot Labs helps to make sure headcount doesn't need to.
